"Overpriced for What It Is"
I was expecting something a little more impressive for the price, but apparently basic stuff now comes with luxury pricing. The quality wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t make me feel like my money was well spent. So yeah, thrilling experience, but I won’t be ordering again.

"Support made a simple return way harder than it needed to be"
I reached out twice about my order and both times got the same generic copy-and-paste reply a few days later. It really didn’t seem like anyone had actually read my message. I tried calling too, but that didn’t get me anywhere either. For me, if a company can’t handle a basic return without making it this annoying, that’s usually enough of a sign to take my business elsewhere. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from ronherman.com again.

"Checkout just wouldn’t go through"
I tried checking out and the payment page froze on me twice. Then, somehow, my cart emptied itself, which was really frustrating because I had already gone through and picked everything out. I don’t know if it was a site issue or what, but at that point I just gave up. Probably won’t be ordering again.

"Looks stylish, but harder to use than other shops"
I wanted to like ronherman.com because the overall look is cool and polished, but actually using it was kind of frustrating. Some pages feel really busy, while other areas feel weirdly empty, so I found myself hunting around for basic stuff. The product pages look nice at first glance, but the layout isn’t as easy to browse as sites like Nordstrom or SSENSE, where everything feels more straightforward. For an online shop, I’d rather have clear navigation and fast browsing than a design that just looks good. This felt a little more about style than practicality for me.

"Wrong item showed up again"
I got the wrong item again, and it’s getting frustrating. I tried to get help, but the communication was really unclear and I never felt like anyone was actually explaining what was going on or how they were going to fix it.

"The sizing was an absolute disaster"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but wow, it fit so weird and was way too tight. I felt like I was trying to squeeze into something made for a completely different person. Super disappointing.

"The return process was way more confusing than it should’ve been"
I expected the return to be straightforward, but it turned into a whole thing. It took ages to get a reply, and when the instructions finally came through, they were really unclear. Even little details like which label to use and where exactly to send the package weren’t obvious, so I kept rereading the email trying to figure it out. Just a frustrating experience overall

I didn’t feel great shopping on ronherman.com. The whole process felt a little shaky, like I had to keep going back and double-checking details because I wasn’t fully sure what was happening.
What made it more annoying was the timing. I was trying to get my order sorted when I actually needed it, and the lack of clear info just slowed everything down and made me more frustrated than I expected.
Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it didn’t feel as reliable as other online stores I’ve used. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the site feels clearer, safer, and better organized.

"Kind of hit or miss, but this one missed"
I was hoping this would be better, but the quality was disappointing. The fabric felt cheap right out of the package, and after just one wash the stitching started coming loose. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me this was definitely a miss.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I ordered something from Ron Herman and ended up needing to return it. They received the return, but the refund just took so long to show up. I kept checking my account, checking again, and still nothing for days.
Customer service wasn’t much help either, mostly just basic replies telling me to wait. I get that refunds can take a little time, but this felt way too long. it was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again

"Said it was in stock, but I’m not so sure"
The site showed that everything I wanted was in stock, but once I tried to order, it somehow wasn’t available. Kind of makes me wonder if the stock info is even accurate or if they’re just leaving stuff up to get people browsing.

"Box showed up completely smashed"
The box arrived totally crushed. Like, not just a little dented — really beat up. Packaging was awful. disappointing. I wouldn’t order this again.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered something from ronherman.com the shipping was really slow. I kept checking the tracking thinking it would update soon, and at first I was like okay, maybe it’s just delayed a day or two, but then it barely moved for days.
I don’t mind waiting a little for an order, actually I’m usually patient, but this just started to feel way longer than it should have. I wanted to be fine with it, but yeah, not really happy and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Shipping was a total drag"
The delivery was kind of a mess. The tracking barely moved, the delivery date kept switching up, and nobody really gave me a solid update. I emailed support and just got some vague reply, then the package finally showed up way later than it was supposed to. For the prices they charge, I expected way better. Not gonna order from here again if I need something on time

"Really frustrating site to shop on"
I tried shopping on ronherman.com it was really kind of annoying. The pages loaded slowly, the filters didn’t really work the way I expected, and I kept having to go back and forth just to find what I was looking for. Checkout felt clunky too. For a store like this, the website really should be much easier to use
